What to do Before, During and After the Sale

You’ve worked your entire professional life building your practice with the expectation that you will be able to sell for a modest profit and live comfortably in retirement.  In reality, there are many potential missteps along the way that could negatively impact your ability to retire when and how you originally expected.  Creating a coherent exit strategy that is tied to a financial plan may help you obtain optimal value and meet your retirement lifestyle goals.
